Job Description
Field Service Engineer 📍 Location: Home-based (covering Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon)
💷 Salary: up to £41,000 base + overtime (OTE £50,000–£58,000) + company van & fuel card
🔧 Sector: Mechanical Engineering / Process Equipment
Join a globally recognised engineering leader specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke process equipment for a variety of industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, dairy, food, beverage, oil & gas and many more. Due to continued growth and a strong order pipeline into next year, we are looking to appoint a Field Service Engineer to support our customer base across the South West.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing, commissioning, servicing, and maintaining mechanical systems and special purpose machinery
Regular travel (3 nights per week away) across Bristol, Gloucester, and Swindon
Supporting clients with technical expertise and hands-on troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical engineering background (apprenticeship or relevant qualification)
Previous experience as a Service Engineer in a related sector
Ability to work independently and travel regularlyBefore You Apply
