Field Service Engineer - Commercial Coffee Machines
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £34,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 5-day working week (including 1 weekend day in 4, with a day off in lieu)
About the Role:
TXP is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in commercial coffee machine manufacturing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with electrical or mechanical experience who's looking for a fresh start with a supportive, well-established employer.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and set up traditional and automatic coffee machines at customer sites
Demonstrate equipment functionality to clients
Carry out routine servicing and reactive repairs
Accurately record all service activities using company systems
Manage your time effectively to meet service deadlines
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
Support team operations and contribute to a positive working cultureWhat We're Looking For:
Some previous electrical or mechanical experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Willingness to learn and attend training
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and show initiative
Good time management and organisational skills
A customer-focused mindset and professional communication skillsWhat's in It for You:
