Field Service Engineer
Location - South East Oxfordshire
Area - South East & London
Up to £45k

The role
* You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of their specialist systems across the South East and London.
* Carrying out regular service inspections on existing installations to maintain optimum performance.
* Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues
* Replacing or repairing any defective components.
* Building strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and satisfaction.
* Maintaining accurate records of service activities and client interactions via the Company App.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties on-site.
Requirements from you
* Proven experience in a similar technical role.
* Basic electrical skills.
* Absolute reliability, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
* Tidy and organised working methods.
* A great communicator and commitment to excellent customer service.
* A desire to learn new skills and hard-working attitude.
* Living at an accessible distance of our main offices in South East Oxfordshire.
* Full clean driving licence essential and willingness to travel.
* The role requires a DBS check.
