Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing business within the beverages industry, seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to take a leading role in the installation, commissioning, and ongoing technical support of equipment across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing and servicing bottling and canning lines across the UK
* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
* Collaborating with a Service Planner to ensure efficient scheduling
* Representing the business on customer sites with professionalism and confidence
* Helping develop and improve the service offering as the business grows
* This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a hands-on environment, and enjoys problem-solving in the field.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering (preferred)
* Confident working independently on installations and service jobs
* Willing to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent communicator with good customer-facing skills
* Full UK driving licence required
What's on Offer
* Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
* No weekend work - optional overtime available
* Company van, fuel card, laptop provided
* Bonus payments for nights away from home.
