Field Service Engineer – Decontamination Equipment
📍 Field-Based, UK | Company Van + Tools Provided
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing healthcare service provider looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience in dental, medical, or related technical equipment - particularly in decontamination systems.
The role will focus on delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair support across a network of dental practices. You’ll be supported by a dedicated scheduling team to keep your diary organised and efficient, with all tools and equipment provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, validate, and service decontamination equipment at customer sites
* Complete routine maintenance and respond to breakdowns and urgent issues
* Perform site surveys and provide technical guidance to clients
* Record service activity and diagnostics through a company-issued tablet system
* Offer support and insights around compliance, performance, and equipment care
* Identify potential upgrade opportunities and communicate available service options
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Field-based engineering experience (dental, healthcare, or technical equipment)
* Confident working independently with a strong problem-solving mindset
* Clear communicator, customer-focused, and technically reliable
* Flexible to travel within a defined UK territory
* Full UK driving licence
