Field Service Engineer – £38-43k + car/car allowance + overtime + bonus
Field Service Engineers with Electrical / Instrumentation backgrounds, how does this sound?
Growing department within a growing company, full order book, working with high calibre Engineers on specialist equipment with training and support.
That’s what you’d be signing up to if you were the successful Field Service Engineer.
Field Service Engineer - the essentials –
* Electrically qualified Field Service Engineer , ideally to HNC level
* Experienced in travelling or willing to travel
* Have transferable electrical fault finding skills
* Be comfortable staying away, sometimes Monday-Friday and sometime working overtime at weekends
* Be able to test, troubleshoot and commission electrical systems
* Must be eligible to work in UK without sponsorship and have a full UK driving licence
Field Service Engineer - the “nice to haves” –
* PLC fault finding experience
* Gas knowledge or qualification
* Good electrical knowledge with experience of motors, pumps, fans, low voltage instrumentation & control loops
The successful Field Service Engineer will earn overtime for hours worked over 45 per week between Monday and Friday (working week includes all your travel time) as well as x1.5 overtime for Saturdays and x2 overtime for work completed on a Sunday.
The day starts from home when you’re not working away. You’ll go through product familiarisation and training before you hit the road and you’ll be working for an international company that’s prospering in markets that value manufacturing’s impact on the environment.
