We are working on behalf of a globally recognised and rapidly growing engineering brand to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer for their expanding UK service team. Key Responsibilities
Service and maintenance of compressors and vacuum pump systems
Commissioning of new installations
Reactive and planned maintenance activities
Participation in an on-call emergency service rota
Supporting healthcare and scientific clients across the Northern region
Candidate Profile
We are looking for engineers who bring:
A minimum of City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 (or equivalent) in mechanical or electrical engineering
Practical experience with compressors or vacuum pumps (or similar systems)
Strong technical problem-solving ability and a proactive, self-sufficient approach
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
A customer-focused attitude and the ability to represent the business professionally
