Field Service Engineer - Agricultural Machinery
Location: Covering Little Saxham, Bury St Edmunds, and Norfolk
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join a leading agricultural machinery dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established team supporting customers across East Anglia.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out field service and maintenance at customer sites
Visit clients across the region for scheduled and reactive support
Service and maintain a wide range of agricultural machinery
Work on hydraulics and electronics systems
Operate both in the field and within the yard
Maintain own tool set and ensure equipment is in excellent working condition
What We're Looking For:
Completed engineering apprenticeship
Strong diagnostic skills
3-5 years' experience in a dealership environment
Background in heavy/agricultural/quarry equipment is preferred
Training & Structure:
Full product training provided
Role reports directly to the Service Manager
Clear progression opportunities available
Package Includes:
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Overtime paid at 1.5x (after 37.5 hours)
Sundays and Bank Holidays paid at 2x
Company van, phone, and laptop provided
Pension: 8% contribution
Life Assurance: 4x salary
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
