£36,000 - £46,000 + Overtime + Van + Training + Progression + Benefits
Location: Home-Based (Covering Oxford, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and surrounding areas)
Are you a field service engineer looking for autonomy, technical development, and variety in a customer-facing role?
On offer is a field-based position where you'll receive training, a fully equipped service vehicle, and the independence to manage your own workload while travelling to customer sites.
This company is well established in its industry and has built a reputation for reliable service and long-term career opportunities. They are continuing to grow their service division and are now seeking an additional Field Service Engineer to support their customers across the region.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment at customer locations. You'll enjoy a varied workload, ongoing technical development, and the chance to progress within a supportive team structure.

The Role:
£36,000 - £46,000 + Overtime + Van + Training + Benefits.

Self-motivated and confident working independently in the field.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair on-site.
Customer-focused, with good communication and a professional approach.
Full UK Drivers License.
