Field Service Engineer – Battery Energy Storage Systems (10 x Roles)
Location: Northwest of Warsaw, Poland
Salary: PLN 180,000 – PLN 360,000 per year gross

Key Skills / Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with BESS or electrical maintenance
• Fluent in Polish and intermediate English
• Familiar with SCADA, MODBUS, and local compliance standards
• IT skills for remote diagnostics and firmware upgrades
• Electrical testing certification (local equivalent to C&G2391-5)
What You'll Be Doing:
• On-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of BESS units
• Performing risk assessments and implementing safety controls
• Coordinating spare part usage and stock
• Submitting service reports and technical logs
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability engineering
