Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician in the South Saxony-Anhalt area to perform both preventative maintenance as well as repairs on fitness equipment.

Staff discount schemeAs the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
Independently isolate and resolve issues raised by customers.
Troubleshoot issues and effectively complete repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance checks and adjustments.
Perform product repairs and maintenance at fitness facilities and in-home.
Provide outstanding customer service in educating customers on product repair, maintenance and usage.
Ensure hardware, software and network of the product is functioning properly after each service.
Properly record and replenish the inventory and spare parts in the service vehicle.The successful Field Service Technician will have the following related skills / experience:
Associate degree in Electronics, Technical School certification as an Electronics Technician, or equivalent technical training preferred but not required
Current valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems and think on your feet
Moderate computer skills, capable of excellent documentation and tracking data
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance
Flexible schedule required Monday through Friday, with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed by mutual agreementBefore You Apply
