The Role
As a Field Service Technician - Coffee/Vending Industry, you will:
Install, commission, maintain, and repair a wide range of coffee and vending equipment (including hot drinks, snack/cold machines, tabletop office systems, traditional espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, and grinders)
Carry out planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure reliability
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and accurately
Record your service visits and updates using our digital service management system
Manage van stock efficiently and liaise with the back-office team to prioritise service callsWe're Looking For
You'll need:
Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical maintenance
Experience in a customer-facing technical or service role
A full UK driving licence
Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
Preferably, you'll also have:
City & Guilds (or similar) qualification in Electrical/Mechanical
Field service experience within the coffee or vending sector
Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagramsWhat's In It For You
