Filament Production Operative

Location: Eastbourne

Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
Friday: 07:00 - 12:00 

About the Role

We are seeking a Filament Production Operative for a highly detailed and focused role within a specialist manufacturing team.

This is an exceptionally precise position where dexterity, patience, and sustained concentration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Working with fine filament components and intricate materials
Following detailed processes to ensure consistent product quality
Maintaining accuracy across repetitive, delicate tasks
Adhering to internal quality standards and procedures 

Skills & Experience

Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills
Ability to concentrate for long periods of time
Comfortable working in a seated, focused environment
Experience following BOMs and SOPs is advantageous (full training provided)
