File Reviewer – Fully Remote – £50,000 – 9-Month FTC (Potential to Extend or Become Permanent)
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a leading UK-wide financial advice business to recruit a File Reviewer. This 9-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend or become permanent) offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company. You’ll review adviser client files – with a focus on investments and pensions – ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company standards, while providing constructive feedback and coaching to support positive client outcomes.

Supportive and collaborative team culture.Key Responsibilities:
Review investment and pension advice cases to ensure suitability, compliance, and adherence to FCA regulations.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to advisers to improve file quality and client outcomes.
Manage remedial actions where non-compliance is identified, ensuring timely resolution.
Work closely with the business to uphold Consumer Duty standards and share best practice.
Maintain accurate records and produce management information to monitor and manage regulatory risks.
Keep up to date with regulatory changes and ensure knowledge is maintained through CPD.Required Skills and Experience:
QCA Level 4 (or equivalent) qualification – essential.
Proven experience in reviewing investment and pension advice cases.
Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, particularly FCA regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive discussions positively.
Well organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
