π° Salary: Β£24,500 per year (paid weekly, pro rata)
π Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (7.5 hours per day, some flexibility with start time)
π Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join our world-renowned logistics client in Liverpool. If you excel in organisation, accuracy, and financial administration, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and validate financial information
Manage billing processes
Create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets (strong knowledge of pivot tables & VLOOKUPS required)
Validate information received from third parties
Compile consolidated backup documentation for invoicing
Handle repetitive but crucial financial tasks with precisionRequirements
High attention to detail
Previous experience in finance administration (billing experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables)
Reliable, helpful, and proactive attitude
Must not be a student
Availability for an immediate start
Right to work in the UK
