Job Description

Our client, a facilities management company, deliver high-quality services to commercial and public sector clients across the region. From planned maintenance to emergency repairs, their team is committed to reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a fun, confident and hard working Finance Administrator to join their busy and friendly office team. This role is vital in supporting the central operations team and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fast paced role where accuracy, attention to detail and the right attitude will be rewarded. Key Responsibilities: * Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders through various client portals * Preparing invoices on the CAFM system for dispatch to clients * Loading quotes and jobs to the CAFM system * Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries * Respond to emergency call outs and action within set timeframes * Maintain accurate financial records and databases * Complete general admin work as required * Support month-end procedures and financial reporting * Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting * Liaise with internal teams, contractors, customers and external suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a finance/admin role (ideally within construction or facilities management) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel * Open to learning new/bespoke systems and portals * Excellent organisational and communication skills * A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team * A can do attitude with a desire to develop What’s On Offer: * A supportive and collaborative work environment * Career development and training opportunities * Pension scheme * Free on-site parking * The opportunity to be part of a growing company If you are interested in this job role please submit your application, alternatively you can give us a call to be the first to apply.
