Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
Follow up on missing information and maintain customer records
Perform general administrative duties using internal systemsRequirements:
Customer service experience, ideally phone-based
Confident communicator with good time management
Able to prioritise and multitask in a high-pressure environment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Fluency in Romanian is a plus but not essential
