Description
Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports to support decision-making processes.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data.
Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting & finance department.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and provide support as required.Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365
A degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
An understanding of the FMCG industry is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
