Job Description

Finance Analyst – Crawley – Interim Contract to Permanent

Hybrid – £60k + package.

Hi-Tech manufacturing group in Crawley is recruiting a Finance Analyst to report to the European FD and support senior management with high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Opportunity for exposure to international operations within a dynamic and innovative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  * Prepare monthly financial reporting packs and variance analysis for senior leadership

  * Support the consolidated budgeting and forecasting process across European operations

  * Develop reporting and analytics using Oracle, Power BI, and other reporting tools

  * Analyse financial performance and provide clear commentary on business drivers, risks, and opportunities

  * Manage month-end reporting submissions to Global HQ

  * Participate in annual audits, finance transformation initiatives, and global projects

  * Improve financial processes, controls, and operational efficiencies

About You

  * Minimum 5 years’ finance experience in a large organisation

  * Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

  * Strong analytical skills with experience in multi-currency environment

  * Advanced Excel skills including data analysis and pivot tables
    Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
