Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Finance Analyst to join a fast-paced commercial company near Exeter. You will be joining the business as part of a highly effective finance team on a 12-month contract.
Finance Analyst - The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
* Financial performance reporting/analysis.
* Variance analysis, accruals and pre-payments for monthly reporting.
* Management reporting on a weekly and monthly basis including product profitability, actual sales performance etc.
* Financial modelling.
* Business partnering operational teams providing insightful information on financial performance.
* Supporting and advising on finance related projects.
* Supporting controls and process improvements, developing and implementing solutions.
Finance Analyst - The Rewards:
Salary: £39,000 - £45,000pa + benefits including 25 days holiday, ongoing support and development etc
Location: Hybrid role with 2 days per week in office
Contract length: 12 months
Finance Analyst - The Person:
* We are keen to hear from accounting professionals with excellent commercial accounting and financial analysis experience.
* You’re likely to be a qualified accountant (ACA ACCA or CIMA), or studying towards qualification
* You will be a self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced, change environment where you will be hands on.
* A first-rate communicator able to build effective relationships as well as business partner operational colleagues.
* A natural solutions finder with excellent analytical skills.
* You will be a team player and enjoy working in a collaborative manner with colleagues at all levels in the business.
* Advanced Excel skills including use of formulas, look ups and pivot tables are essential.
**Please note as this is a hybrid role, candidates need to live within commuting distance of Exeter.**
