Job Specification: Finance Projects Analyst
Role Summary
Peopleforce Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of their long-standing pharmaceutical and medical device partners in their search for a Finance Projects Analyst.
The Finance Projects Analyst will play a key role in delivering finance-related projects and driving operational excellence across the UK and Ireland finance teams. The role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to provide financial insights, ensure compliance, and enhance business performance through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
*
Partner with the Fleet, Risk & Finance Projects Manager to deliver strategic finance projects across the UK, Ireland, and wider regional teams.
*
Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective delivery.
*
Track and support multiple projects led by finance team members and other stakeholders, providing coaching and guidance to ensure deadlines are met.
*
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
*
Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
*
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
*
Collaborate with finance teams and other functions to gather data and provide financial support for cross-functional projects.
*
Support the delivery of the Business Operational Excellence (BOE) framework to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
*
Provide support in Fleet and Insurance-related financial activities, including preparation of annual submissions and data reporting.
*
Offer flexible support to other Finance Managers, particularly in Accounting, and contribute to wider business initiatives as needed.

Finance Managers and teams (Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit & Controls, Customs, Pensions, Payroll, Document Centre)
*
Commercial Finance and Business Support Teams
*
Regional Shared Services Teams, particularly in BOE
General Accountabilities
*
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory obligations, and quality standards.
*
Promote a culture of safety, responsibility, and environmental care in line with business policies.
*
Remain adaptable to evolving business needs and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
*
Minimum part-qualified accountant or equivalent.
*
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
*
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyBefore You Apply
