Michael Page Finance are supporting a NFP organisation in Leeds on their search for a Finance and Admin Manager. This is a busy and varied role, overseeing the delivery and management of day to day financial processes along with promoting a centralised approach to administrative support throughout the charity. The Finance and Admin Manager will play an influential role in the structure, overseeing all financial duties along with suggesting and implementing efficiencies with internal processes. Description In this busy and varied Finance and Admin Manager role based in Leeds, roles and responsibilities will include; Leading the delivery of finance operations including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and compliance Overseeing and contribute to the effectiveness of all administrative and finance functions Line managing and supporting members of the central function team Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Providing financial insight and analysis to support decision-making across the organisation Delivering internal training to enhance finance awareness and capability across teams Acting as a key contact for managers, highlighting financial considerations and operational needs Ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies, controls, and charity regulationsProfile For this Finance and Admin Manager role, we're looking for; Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience within a finance and/or administration role, preferably in the charity or voluntary sector AAT qualification (or similar) preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software A proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative working styleJob Offer Salary up to c.£37,000 + Hybrid working pattern + Opportunity to work for a values-led organisation + Benefits package on offer
