YCR are working with a successful facilities management business based in Belfast that are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Finance Assistant
to join their established finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role
You will support a wide range of accounting functions across the business, working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in our financial processes.
Main Duties
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
High-volume sales invoice processing
Customer and supplier portal management
Query resolution with internal teams and external stakeholders
Month-end procedures and support
Purchase ledger and sub-contract ledger high-volume invoice processing
Statement reconciliations across all group companies
Banking duties, including reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Company credit card reconciliations
Nominal ledger postings
General accounts and administrative duties as required
Experience & Skills
Minimum
3 years’ experience
in an accounts or finance administration role (preferred)
Experience within the
Construction
and/or
Facilities Management
industry (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of
Sage 200
,
CAFM software
, and
Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
