They are looking for a Finance assistant to join their office in Yeovil.
Responsibilities:
My client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly Yeovil-based team and play a key role in keeping their finances running smoothly. If you enjoy working with numbers, building relationships, and being part of a supportive, fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.
As a key part of their finance team, you’ll focus on supporting their credit control processes, maintaining accurate records and following up with clients in a friendly and professional way. You’ll also support other finance admin tasks, including staff expense runs and general day-to-day finance support to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements:
• Great communication skills and confidence when speaking to clients
• Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
• The confidence to speak to colleagues at all levels, including senior team members
• A professional, confidential approach to sensitive information
• Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in a finance environment (credit control experience is a big plus)
