Finance Assistant - Nottingham
Contract: 6 month
Hours: Full Time
We’re looking for a proactive Finance Assistant who’s confident across purchase ledger, payments and bank reconciliations, with a sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
• Processing supplier invoices & managing payment runs
• Reconciling statements & handling queries
• Raising intercompany invoices
• Preparing cashbooks & weekly cashflow forecasts
• Managing Concur expenses & credit card reconciliations
• Supporting month/year-end reporting & VAT returns
• Ad hoc finance tasks across the team
What we’re looking for:
• Solid experience in a finance/purchase ledger role
• Confident communicator at all levels
• Excel skills
• Proactive, accurate, and organised
