Job Description

Job Title: Finance Bookkeeper 
 Salary: £16,500 per annum
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm
 Location: Birmingham 

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of our organisation. This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organised, confident with numbers, and able to work accurately and independently within a supportive team.
 Experience with QuickBooks is highly advantageous for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Support month-end and year-end processesRequirements

Essential:

Experience as a Finance Bookkeeper or a Credit control position (Minimum 1 years experience in the UK)
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Full right to work statusHighly Advantageous:

Experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems
