Basic Salary: £25,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Typical range £40,000 - £70,000+ with uncapped commissionKey Responsibilities
Handle inbound (warm/pre-qualified) leads via phone, email, and/or live chat
Assess customer needs, advise on suitable car finance options, and guide them through to deal completion
Match applications with appropriate lenders from a panel and manage the finance process end-to-end
Use CRM or sales pipeline systems to track progress and manage follow-ups
Collaborate internally (e.g., with dealer teams) to ensure smooth deal completion and compliance with processes
Hit performance metricsRequired Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in telesales, car sales, finance brokering, or similar customer sales role.
Strong sales, closing, and objection-handling abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with IT systems, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.
Highly organised, resilient under pressure, and target-driven attitude
Familiarity with finance regulations, lender criteria, and compliance (e.g., FCA) is a plusDesirable Traits
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
Adaptable to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
