Job Description
Are you a finance expert from an education background with excellent interpersonal skills? We are seeking a highly professional individual to support the senior leadership team at four schools in East London on budget management and financial guidance.
Working with the central finance team, the role will involve:
* Presenting finance information to Senior Management Teams
* Leading on financial planning and forecasting
* Lead the Academy monthly financial reporting
* Address any areas of over/underspend with with Headteachers
* Support the finance team on an ad hoc basis
This is a varied and demanding role that requires an astute understanding of budget management within the education sector.
The successful candidate will offer a minimum three years experience within a management finance role, be adept in advising of financial risks and can explain complex financial information in simple terms to staff. You will be a fully qualified or qualified by experience accountant, who thrives in a 'customer service' capacity ensuring that the senior leadership team are fully supported.
This is a full time, on site role with an immediate start for the right candidate
