About the Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Reporting & Analysis:- Produce insightful reports for budget holders and executive teams.
- Analyse business performance monthly and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with budget holders to clarify spend and drive efficiency.
Budget Management:
- Partner with executives to build annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on budget movements.
Wider Finance Tasks:
- Streamline finance processes to improve service delivery.
- Engage in special projects, including system implementations and new bids.
Your Skills & Experience:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) and relevant post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of management information and integrated accounting systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills to foster strong inter-departmental relationships.
