Our Client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team, to deliver clear and insightful financial support to key stakeholders. Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Eastleigh (Hybrid working – Minimum 3 days in-office)
Salary: £50,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Part-qualified or actively studying toward a recognised finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities; experience with finance systems beneficial
Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Curious, motivated, and open to learning and continuous development
Previous experience in a finance support, analyst, or business partnering role is desirable

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted finance partner to Senior Leadership and operational teams
Provide accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making
Support budget managers with financial planning, forecasting, and performance review
Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
Challenge assumptions and influence key business decisions using financial evidence
Help to embed financial accountability across teams and improve value for money
Support the creation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to business strategy development and project evaluations
Maintain and enhance financial systems, reports, and internal controls
Assist in the development of financial literacy across the organisation
