A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
A strong background in accounting and finance
Experience in a similar role, and business partnering with cost centre owners
Working to towards a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
A proactive and analytical mindset to identify opportunities for improvement.
