What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Conducting financial and data analysis to identify trends and key insights.
Producing short-term financial forecasts.
Performing variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
Calculating labour recovery rates and understanding contract profitability.
Providing financial insights to operational teams and influencing decision-making.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
A background in management accounting.
Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with operational teams.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
Experience in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, or a similar industry (preferred).
