CMA Recruitment Group are looking for a commercially minded accountant looking to step into a true business partnering role where they can make an impact. We're working with a successful and well-established manufacturing business in Basingstoke, Hampshire who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking team, playing a key role in driving performance, supporting operational decision-making, and adding value across the business. What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support key business decisions
Providing insightful analysis on performance, cost drivers and profitability
Preparing forecasts, budgets and monthly reports with commentary
Supporting investment cases, capex, and strategic projects
Acting as the link between finance and non-finance teams – translating data into action
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
Strong business partnering experience, ideally in a manufacturing or product-based business
Commercially curious with confidence to challenge and influence
Comfortable working with data, systems and people – and switching between them!
