Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a knack for turning data into actionable insight? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join a growing, fast-paced business where finance plays a central role in strategic decision-making.
In this hands-on and analytical role, you’ll work across departments to deliver high-impact financial insights, own key reporting processes, and support the business in making smarter, data-driven decisions.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of critical activities—from owning and improving Qlik and Power BI financial reports to budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis. You’ll work closely with Sales, HR, and Operations, becoming a trusted partner to the wider business and helping drive both financial performance and efficiency.

what we’re looking for.
You’re ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, confident in your ability to balance technical accounting with forward-thinking analysis and business partnering.
You’ll bring:
* Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost modelling
* A high level of IT literacy, ideally with exposure to Qlik or Power BI
* Experience working with ERP systems and stock/margin costing processes
* Clear, confident communication skills—comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* The ability to see the bigger picture while keeping a close eye on the detail
