An exciting new opportunity has been created as part of a wider reorganisation, aimed at enhancing the financial support provided across property and resident services. As a
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll take ownership of setting accurate, regulatory-compliant rents across a range of tenure types, including tenants, shared owners, leaseholders, and private householders. You'll be joining a motivated and expanding finance team, where you'll play a key role in financial modelling, budgeting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.What you'll need to succeed
A sound understanding of accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping, management/statutory accounts, and budget setting
Fully qualified AAT (Level 4) or equivalent qualification
Experience with financial management systems and strong Excel skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience with annual accounting cycles including month-end, year-end, and budget setting
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets from multiple systemsWhat you'll get in return
