Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments? We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned motorsport and automotive restoration specialist who are seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, analysis and strategic support across their operations.
The Role

Their work spans bespoke builds, rally and race support, and complex restoration projects – all underpinned by technical precision and true motorsport pedigree.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering, operations, commercial and project teams to deliver accurate financial analysis and forecasting.
*
Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost control processes, ensuring projects remain aligned with performance and commercial objectives.
*
Provide insight on project performance, identifying risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements.
*
Present complex financial data in a clear and actionable way for non-finance stakeholders.
*
Support project accounting, variance analysis and cost tracking across builds, restorations and motorsport activities.
About You:
*
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong business partnering experience.
*
Background in motorsport, automotive engineering, restoration or other technical, project-based industries is highly desirable.
*
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
*
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
*
Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
