Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and growing organisation. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, drive performance, and support key business decisions that shape future growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for using data to drive commercial success. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership—developing financial models, analysing performance, supporting pricing and investment decisions, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain financial models to assess business opportunities and risks
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Produce timely and accurate financial reporting and management information
Provide analysis to support pricing, contracts, and cost-saving initiatives
Drive process improvement and the development of reporting tools to enhance decision-makingAbout You:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role (5+ years)
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Strong communication and relationship-building ability
