Role: Finance & Business Support Admin Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 per annum Location: Brough, Kingston upon Hull Hybrid, Office Mon - Wed, WFH Thu & Fri (37.5 hours) Benefits include 30 days holiday + bank holidays & 7% pension, great team dynamic, friendly, incentives and competitions Are you ready to be the driving force behind operational efficiency and financial excellence? We are currently working with a dynamic organisation dedicated to promoting employee ownership and looking for a Finance & Business Support Administrator to join our team in Brough, Hull! SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Automated invoicing for memberships, events, and training Coordinating membership renewals and handling debt chasing Support month-end processes including reporting, reconciliations, expenses, and credit card reviews Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations Booking travel and accommodation Maintaining CRM system Acting as the welcoming voice of our organisation, handling enquiries with professionalismTO THRIVE AND SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: Excellent numerical and data processing skills Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Strong administration and customer service skillsIf you're excited about making a meaningful impact and driving positive change, then apply now!
