My client is a highly reputable organisation based in Salford Quays. Due to a large transformation project they are recruiting this role on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, with the potential for this to be extended or even made permanent.
As a Business Change Lead you will be responsible for supporting the finance continuous improvement team with one of the key initiatives of the business. This will include supporting the Business Change Manager in delivering the end-to-end change plan and change activity for finance, support the facilitation of the change network, measure change readiness and business partner with key stakeholders to ensure change is being adopted in line with procedures.
This role will suit a candidate who has experience managing, leading or being a part of a change team within a large, complex organisation, preferably with an understanding of finance.
The salary is paying up to £66,000 dependant on experience with excellent flexibility around hybrid working and the scope for longer term opportunities within the business that will result in scope for progression and developmentDo not include the following in your job application, CV, or cover letter:
