Description
Preparing payment runs.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry into the financial systems.
Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal and external use.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
Maintain organised records of all financial activities and transactions.
Entering new suppliers and amendment forms onto the system
Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as required.
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines in all financial operation
Review and update expenses through ConcurProfile
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
