Job Description
Conrad Consulting have an exciting new full-time position available with a fast-growing, forward-thinking business based in the Ipswich area. We're looking for a Finance Director who's ready to take the lead on financial strategy and make a real impact across the business. What You'll Be Doing:
Take the lead on financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Work closely with the board to provide insightful financial analysis and help shape key strategic decisions
Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards
Collaborate with department heads to improve performance, drive accountability, and build commercial awareness across the business
Lead the charge on system improvements and process optimisation to support growth and scalability
Spot financial risks early, highlight opportunities, and help steer the business toward sustainable success
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience in a senior finance role-Finance Manager or Director level
Sharp commercial mindset with the confidence to operate at board level and influence big decisions
A hands-on leader who enjoys getting stuck in while also keeping the bigger picture in focus
Strong technical background with great knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and performance metrics
Clear communicator and team player with the ability to engage, influence, and lead across the business
The Package:
