Finance Manager
Spanish Speaker (Highly Desirable)
📍 Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week in Dublin
📅 Start: ASAP 18 month contract available
Are you a qualified finance professional ready to take on a global role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Finance Manager to join a high-performing Statutory Controllership team, overseeing financial close, audit, and statutory reporting across multiple international entities.
🔍 What You'll Do:
Lead statutory financial reporting and external audits across global entities
Ensure tax compliance and support local audits with external providers
Manage legal entity governance, including entity closures
Partner with global teams and external advisors to drive process excellence
Support cash forecasting, reconciliations, and government reporting
Contribute to strategic projects and ensure compliance with local regulations✅ What You'll Bring:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE (or strong Big 4 audit background)
Solid experience in IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory financial statements
Strong tax knowledge (certification a plus)
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with outsourced providers
Spanish language skills highly desirable
Multinational experience preferred, but open to all industry backgrounds⚡ Quick Process:
