Job Description
Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering a leading services business based in Chesterfield to recruit a Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial and management accounts, leading the month-end close process, and overseeing P&L reporting and analysis. You’ll manage a small finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement across reporting and controls.
This is a hands-on role with real scope to influence financial decision-making and support strategic growth.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with solid experience in financial and management reporting. You'll have a strong grasp of month-end processes, P&L analysis, and team leadershipBefore You Apply
