Brand New Permanent Opportunity Finance Manager £43,000 to £52,000 based on experience  Bury Area - great links to M60, M62 and free car parking onsite Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 at home Hours - 8.30am to 4.45pm Mon to Thurs and 8.30am to 4.15pm on a Friday My client is seeking a proactive and commercially aware Finance Manager to support their Finance Director in overseeing the financial operations of their leading manufacturing business. This is a brand-new role within the company — an exciting opportunity to make an impact! As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day financial operations whilst leading a small, dedicated finance team of three.  Whether you are fully qualified, part-qualified, or qualified through experience, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a collaborative environment where you can really make a difference. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions Supporting the Finance Director with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Preparing management accounts, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews for senior leadership Optimising cost accounting processes and ensuring financial compliance Managing cash flow forecasting and working capital Collaborating closely with operational and production teams to support commercial decision-making What We’re Looking For: Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 2–4 years’ experience in finance or qualified through experience.
