£32,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
Are you an experienced SME Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager who is looking to join a growing business where you will take the full responsibility of the accounts?
I am partnering with a reputable organisation who pride themselves on their supportive and friendly culture. They are looking for an experienced, reliable, detail-focused individual to take charge of our finance function working confidently on Sage with the support of an experienced Finance Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounts, including processing payments, invoices, and expenses
Perform daily bank reconciliations and system checks (Sage Line 50)
Oversee purchase and sales ledgers
Reporting
Maintain the fixed asset register, d
Petty cash reconciliations
Submit monthly CIS returns and support payroll entries
Prepare VAT returns, monthly journals, P&L, balance sheets, and management accounts
Monitor company cash flow and support financial planning
Lead audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
