Are you a Qualified Accountant with leadership experience, looking for your next exciting challenge?
Venture Recruitment Partners is seeking a Management Accounts Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to take on a pivotal role leading a team of direct and indirect Management Accountants. in addition to leading a team you’ll be responsible for driving financial control, enhancing internal processes, and delivering strategic financial insights.
Your role:
Lead the preparation and delivery of management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations
Guide and support the finance team in financial processing and reporting, ensuring corporate compliance
Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and issues are promptly resolved
Provide challenge and oversight in budgeting and forecasting processes for robust financial planning
Build strong relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance and timely responses
Lead, develop, and motivate a team of direct and indirect management accounting professionals
About you:
Qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant
An experienced team leader / manager
Extensive experience in management accounting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, v look ups etc)
Proven expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Highly motivated, knowledgeable, and process-driven - seeking a role where you can add value and make improvements.
Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
