About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of their financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and insight across all processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review accurate monthly management accounts to support informed business decisions.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring prompt payments and efficient collections.
Monitor and reconcile all financial transactions with exceptional attention to detail.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, including missing documentation such as customer agreements.
Support the day-to-day finance operations with a proactive, structured, and solutions-focused approach.About You
Part qualified / newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with significant relevant experience.
Proven track record in a finance management role, ideally within a fast-paced or growth environment.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial information clearly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.What We Offer
