Job Description
We are working with a successful and expanding construction business who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in managing day-to-day finance operations while supporting the continued growth of the company.
As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the finance function, leading a small team and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and enjoys being close to the operational side of the business. Key responsibilities include:
Managing and developing the finance team
Overseeing monthly management accounts, cash flow, and forecasting
Preparing budgets and variance analysis to support decision-making

Liaising with auditors and external stakeholdersThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a finance management role
