What will you do as a Finance Manager?
* Oversee all financial operations management accounts, forecasting & budgeting
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in line with accounting standards
* Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring efficient financial management
* Lead the month-end close process and ensure deadlines are met
* Review and improve internal controls, financial systems, and processes
* Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements (VAT, payroll, etc.)
* Prepare reports for investors, senior management, and other stakeholders
What do you need as a Finance Manager?
* Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
* Can communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
* Is proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on
* Has experience managing or mentoring finance staff
