Finance Manager | Temp to Perm | North Nottinghamshire | Up to £35,000 | Full-Time, Onsite
Are you an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in credit control, AR/AP, and ledger management? Here’s your chance to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in North Nottinghamshire, with a temp-to-perm opportunity and a salary of up to £35,000.
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of AR and AP processes, ensuring invoices, credits, and reconciliations are accurate and timely
* Manage and mentor a transaction team, supporting colleagues and ensuring smooth operations
* Resolve customer queries, oversee returns, and provide clear management reporting on cash collection
* Ensure monthly ledger closures are accurate and align with the balance sheet
* Work in a small but integral finance team, where your contribution is highly valued
You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in credit control, AR/AP, and financial reconciliations
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* IT literate and comfortable with finance systems
